Regulatory and Legislative Update, Including State Registration & IRS Topics
By popular demand, Brian Flahaven and John Taylor reprise their annual review of some of the most sought-after presentation topics. This discussion will deeply dive into the most oft-asked questions and issues discussed in conferences and all Advancement listservs! The jam-packed session will begin with Brian updating us on the latest tax bills. He will also let us know about proposed legislation that may impact giving. In particular, Brian will share his thoughts on the future of several Capitol Hill topics, including the on-again and off-again discussions on eliminating the charitable deduction.
