The Senior Leaders of Diversity and Inclusion is designed for leaders (i.e., directors of diversity and inclusion, advancement diversity officers, academic diversity leaders) who are shaping the future of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) at their institution. Attendees will connect, learn, and strategize with fellow change-makers in these pivotal leadership roles and leave with strategies, tools, and a community of support to advance their institutional DEIB efforts.

- Execute advocacy strategies to support underserved populations during legislative challenges.
- Integrate DEIB principles and strategies into all areas of advancement.
- Influence donors and leaders to support institutional DEIB initiatives.

- Executives and senior leaders overseeing DEIB initiatives and strategy within advancement and academic units.
- Institutional inclusion officers responsible for leading day-to-day DEIB operations.
- Directors of development for leading and generating funds for DEIB initiative, cultural, centers, affinity groups, etc.
- Steering committee chairs responsible for guiding the implementation and sustainability of DEIB efforts.
