Know Before You Go
Before joining us in Denver, take these few steps to be prepared for a successful conference:
- Get approved for attendance by uploading your vaccination record to CrowdPass. CASE will be using CrowdPass technology to verify your health clearance for this event. You’ll use THIS LINK, and once there, you’ll create a login and upload a photo of your vaccination record. CASE will receive a report furnished by Crowdpass that will tell us you’ve been approved and your check-in to the conference will be seamless.
- Make sure to bring hand sanitizer and an extra mask. We hope you’ll connect with lots of fellow attendees, and you’ll need to do so while we continue to follow CDC guidance for large gatherings. All attendees, exhibitors, and staff are firmly encouraged to wear face masks indoors except when speaking or presenting, when eating or drinking in designated areas, and/or as otherwise required by applicable law and guidance. Please understand and respect that wearing a mask is a personal and individual choice of your fellow conference attendees. Bring an extra face mask in case it gets hot and bring hand sanitizer for navigating through the venue.
- Get excited. CASE is looking forward to hosting you and we hope you are eager to see and learn from each other safely and responsibly. To help, attendees will be asked to wear red, yellow, and green wristbands that show attendees social distancing preferences. In addition, CASE will be implementing social distancing in large conference spaces. We will also follow all safety precautions put in place by the city and the hotel property. You can find additional safety measures and answers to frequently asked questions on the CASE policies section of the website.
