Meet Your Co-Chairs
Yvette Marsh
Dr. Yvette Marsh currently serves as the assistant vice president of Talent Management for the LSU Foundation, a role in which she is responsible for the oversight of all talent management and human resource functions. She previously served as the Director of Training and Development for Louisiana State University and as a consultant with SSA Consultants, an internationally recognized organizational development firm. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences, and a doctorate in Human Resource Education with an ISDS minor, all from Louisiana State University. She has served in executive roles on numerous boards, including the Louisiana American Institute of Banking, the Greater Baton Rouge YWCA, Campus Federal Credit Union, LSU's Swine Palace, and the LSU Museum of Art.
Brittany Wilhelm
In March 2020, Brittany joined the remarkable team of advancement professionals serving Harvard University as the organization’s first Talent Management leader. In this capacity, she oversees a talent program that is dedicated to making Harvard the employer of choice for the very best professionals to thrive in their advancement careers. Before assuming this role, Brittany served the University of Denver’s advancement office for 14 years, most recently as associate vice chancellor for advancement operations. While her role included resource administration, advancement services, and campaign planning, Brittany’s passion and some of her most fulfilling work has been in talent management. Under her leadership of the talent infrastructure, the University of Denver more than doubled its advancement team over the course of 3 years. The University of Denver is also Brittany’s alma mater; she holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from DU and is currently working toward a master’s degree in Management from Harvard University and Master of Divinity degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
