Strategic Talent Think Tank
AI, election anxiety, burnout, retention, incompetent managers, the talent war…all the things that keep STM professionals up at night. We will do a lightning round review of hot topics in talent management followed by a small group activity where participants will take turns sharing an opportunity or challenge they are facing in their shop. Using the collective intelligence of the group, participants will receive advice and guidance on how best to proceed along with actionable takeaways.
Speakers: Amy Bronson, Associate Vice President, Advancement Resources & Strategic Talent Management, Boston University, Alexis Kanda-Olmstead, Director of Advancement, Talent Management, Dartmouth College

Transition Break and Gallery Walk
What are colleagues across the country doing that you can build or innovate on in your program? Take a tour of the talent management programs and services developed by colleagues in the areas of onboarding, DEIB, recruitment, manager/leader development, learning and development programs, and more. Designed like a museum gallery, participants will have the opportunity to walk through the exhibit and ask questions of the exhibitors.
