The pandemic exploded the traditional workplace model, creating alternative work arrangements that benefited many but continue to confound managers and leaders. This session will provide an historical overview of the workplace, highlight the benefits and challenges of the hybrid/remote model, and give participants the opportunity to share practices that are working in their shops.
