Affinity and Identity-based alumni engagement is a powerful strategy framework designed to foster stronger connections with our communities. Rather than solely organizing events and solicitations on graduating class identity, this framework leverages an individual's interest and identity to engage more effectively. In this session, we will discuss the “magic of 3” and how to optimize relationship building using affinity and identity to achieve successful outcomes including deeper connections, better event attendance, and stronger fundraising.
