The award is presented only in years when eligible candidates can be identified and are available to attend the conference. Only one award in each of the four categories-Alumni Relations, Communications and Marketing, Advancement Services and Philanthropy-may be presented. The Award winners will receive a complimentary registration to the District VIII Conference where they will receive their award. Recipients are responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses.

In the application process you will be asked to provide the following:

• In 500 words or less please describe the nominator's association with the nominee and the nominee's accomplishments. Please include which advancement profession category they are being nominated in: Advancement Services, Alumni Relations, Communications and Marketing, or Philanthropy.
• Nominee's resume/CV
• Letter of endorsement for the nominee.
• Nominee's professional headshot
