Donna Lartigue serves as an associate director for foundation relations with the Office of University Development at the University of Michigan. Donna facilitates the University’s efforts to recruit professional foundation funding with some focus on social justice, youth and community engagement, and strategy and coordination for Michigan-based donors. She offers support and counsel to faculty and leadership, facilitates access to foundation funding streams, initiates new foundation relationships and provides support for developing proposals and strategies for academic leaders and faculty members. Prior to joining the University, Ms. Lartigue served as a Program Director with the W. K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan and as a Senior Program Officer with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, Missouri. She brings over 18 years of professional foundation experience leading community-based programs focused on comprehensive community-building initiatives, high school reform, school-to-work, youth development, early childhood education, and nonprofit capacity building strategies.
