Session 2: Leveraging Alumni Metrics to Advance Your Work and the Profession
Bruce Mortimer, Director, Alumni Engagement & Events, University of Cambridge
CASE, working with a global group of volunteers, has established an industry-wide framework for measuring alumni engagement. The inaugural survey of data around this framework was launched by CASE in late August. Beyond having the new framework, the goals of the initiative include providing data to inform initiatives supporting educational advancement, enabling participating institutions to measure and compare metrics across global peers and aspirational peers year-over-year, and helping institutional leaders set goals, assess performance, build capacity, and make informed, strategic decisions regarding investments in advancement.
Learn more about the global project and the areas individual institutions can explore -- and the connections between them.
