This condensed session is full of practical tips and creative ideas to create an excellent stewardship programme.

You don’t need to have a large budget and lots of resource to deliver creative, innovative and impactful stewardship.  From the programmatic to the more personal, and with a particular focus on events, Gemma and Aimee will share some practical top tips and case studies on how to provide an excellent supporter experience, whatever your budget.  They’ll share their experience from higher education, school and the arts sectors and ideas on scalable stewardship that are applicable to any size of programme and suggest how to make the most out of your budget - and where best to use it if you have a little more to spend. ​

Demystifying campaign stewardship
Stewardship is a fundamental piece of the campaign puzzle. Whether in the quiet phase, launching, in the thick of it, closing out, or laying the foundations for the next one, it’s up to us to ensure that donors are being engaged in the right way and at the right time. But there will never be enough hours in the day to implement every great idea, and even the best-laid plans can go awry. In this session, Kat will share stewardship lessons learned from UCL’s current £600m Campaign, including tips and tricks for how to cut through the fog and stay on the course that gets you back to what matters: your donors.

From the 1st July 2016 all our programmes will need to be paid for by credit card online. If you have any issues regarding this new payment process please contact Member Support.For CASE Europe one day events, if CASE receives your cancellation:

• At least two months before the event start date, you will receive a full refund.
• Between two months - two weeks before the event start date, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 20% processing fee.
• Less than two weeks before the event start date, you will not receive a refund.
• "No-shows" will not receive a refund

Cancellation dates as per cancellation policy:

100% Cancellation percentage: 22 May 2019
