Felicity has worked in the higher education sector for 22 years in a variety of roles ranging from student and scholarship administration, business management, curriculum design, executive management, governance, and more recently, philanthropy and engagement. 

Felicity has attended several CASE programmes, courses at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University-Purdue and is greatly inspired by the Advancement sector. 

She enjoys solving complex problems with innovative and streamlined solutions, within the context of a giving and donor-centric culture. Felicity also loves to share her ‘attitude of gratitude' with the community.
