Florence is a veteran in the philanthropy space, with close to 20 years of experience in fundraising. She currently drives Alumni Giving at the Singapore Management University, having built the portfolio from ground-up through strategic relationship building with alumni donors and implementing purposeful giving programmes to engage with the community.

Her experience in Higher Education include Stewardship and Advancement Services, Special Events and Donor Relations. She also spent the earlier years of her career in the local non-profit sector specialising in fundraising events, marketing and communications.

Florence graduated from National University of Singapore in Business Administration, holds a MBA from University of Bradford, U.K and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, Indiana University.
