As the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE)'s chief research and data officer, Fred Weiss has primary responsibility for CASE's global data strategy. He manages all of CASE's research and data initiatives, including AMAtlas, a global resource for educational advancement-related metrics, benchmarks, and analytics. Weiss holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University, where he worked with the annual fund and as a major-gifts fundraiser. Prior to joining CASE, he served as president and CEO of iModules Software Inc., and before that he worked with Ellucian and its predecessor companies for 21 years. Weiss is a longtime volunteer for CASE, having served in a variety of positions.
