Garry has been managing the bequest programme at Geelong Grammar School for three years. His background is in education, having been the headmaster of the Hall School in London and more recently, head of campus at Geelong Grammar's primary campus in Melbourne for 10 years.

His connections within the wider Geelong Grammar community have enabled him to grow the reputation of the bequest programme and, by doing so, increase the membership accordingly. His vision is to lead a period of steady growth through developing confidence to participate in the programme and thus, establish a valuable and meaningful experience for members.

Garry lives in Melbourne with his wife and two children.
