This Development Services Innovation Masterclass is for leaders of operations across all income streams with a focus on how they can be agents and leaders of change.

Programme
The session will be a mix of theory, practical exercises and discussion on;
• What innovation and creativity mean and why they are important
• A framework for innovation
• Why insight and data is critical for innovation
• How to create a culture where innovation can flourish, including managing risk, learning from failure and how to challenge and influence managers, direct reposts and colleagues
• Having a voice and getting buy-in
• Practical tools to put into action straight away in day-to-day work
• An enjoyable learning experience and opportunities to learn from each other
