Janice has over 24 years' experience in senior finance and management roles in the private sector and over the last 10 years with the Australian National University. For the last six years, Janice has worked in the Advancement Services function working with gift processing and associated policies and procedures including governance and gift acceptance.

As the associate director of advancement services, Janice has responsibility over data enrichment, database infrastructure, advancement analytics and reporting, training and strategic planning of the advancement services function. She specialises in effective business processes and is passionate about finding a donor-centric solution to all aspects of the support that the team provides. This approach is vital to success, and appreciating the powerful and immediate impact of advancement services work in the effective stewardship of donors.
