Jennifer Stancil has over twenty years of relationship and resource development experience in the higher education and non-profit sectors. Since 2014, Jennifer serves as the director, foundation and corporate relations for the University of Richmond, leading the University's regional corporate and foundation efforts and deepening existing relationships while connecting with new funders. Prior to joining UR Jennifer worked for 14 years at Lewis Ginter Botanical as director of development.   During her tenure, at Lewis Ginter, she helped the Garden build meaningful relationships and strategic long-term partnerships. After graduating from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Jennifer moved to Washington, D.C, where she participated in political fundraising and later as a legislative staff member of former U.S. Senator Charles S. Robb. Following her work on Capitol Hill she transferred her skills to the Grocery Manufacturers of America, where she established and maintained relationships with the top food, beverage, and consumer product companies.
