Bio

Please briefly introduce yourself.

Having lived in New Delhi, India all my life, I moved to the UK in September 2023 to pursue my master’s in International Business and Strategic Management at the University of York, England. Previously, I did my Bachelor's with Honours in Zoology from the University of Delhi, India and graduated in 2023.

I'm currently employed as a Business Research Assistant at Innovate Educate Ltd., a creative consultancy based in York.

I speak English, Hindi, and French.

What inspired you to apply to the CASE Graduate Trainee Programme?

I applied for the CASE Graduate Programme because it perfectly aligns with my dual passions for education and meaningful community impact. As someone who has mentored students from different backgrounds, I understand firsthand how empowering learning environments can uplift societies. This unique trainee opportunity will allow me to directly support advancement initiatives to increase access, engagement and funding at institutions driving this change.

Specifically, the hands-on experience across disciplines like fundraising, alumni relations and marketing will build upon the relationship-building, communication and creative abilities I have cultivated so far.

What is a cause you are passionate about?

As the first woman in my family pursuing a degree abroad, empowering women to pursue higher education and higher power roles is a cause I'm passionate about. I believe, achieving gender equality factors on supporting women's ambitions from university onwards.

I'm a fervent advocate for leadership development programs tailored for women. These equip women with skills to overcome gender biases and thrive in powerful positions, addressing effective communication, negotiation tactics, and work-life balance strategies. Championing women empowerment at universities cultivates a pipeline of ambitious individuals prepared to shatter glass ceilings across sectors. Their unique perspectives drive innovation and progress. This is a cause that ignites my passion and I wish to be working towards it for years to come.
