Since 2007, Lena Lund has worked on developing a CRM mindset within executive education, career services and alumni relations at Aarhus University.

As CRM manager, she heads the team behind AU CRM and works towards ensuring a cross-departmental approach to data and CRM. Surfing on organizational changes and varying levels of managerial support, she works towards ensuring relevance and continuity in Aarhus University's approach to CRM.

She has worked with both custom and standard solutions, but would anytime swear to the fact that CRM is a business strategy, not a piece of software.

Lene has a background in marketing and mobile resource management solutions and holds a master's degree in international business communication.
