Lori Friedman is currently the executive director of corporate and foundation relations and strategic industry engagement at Wentworth Institute of Technology. She has 25 years of fundraising experience, primarily handling corporate and foundation relations for institutions of higher education including Harvard Medical School, Wellesley College and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. She worked in foundation relations at WGBH, Boston’s premier public television and radio station; and in corporate and foundation relations at Facing History and Ourselves. She has taught graduate level grantwriting and business writing courses at the Harvard Extension School for the past 12 years.

Prior to her work in fundraising, Friedman spent seven years as a civil litigator. She double majored in public policy analysis and economics at the University of Pennsylvania and received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
