Dr. Lorna Jean Edmonds, Vice Provost for Global Affairs and International Studies at Ohio University, holds expertise in higher education strategy and globalization. She has extensive international experience, working with alumni, partners, universities, governments, industry, research funding and development agencies, and development banks in more than 65 countries in Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Africa. She received her PhD, University of East Anglia, United Kingdom; MHA, University of Ottawa, Canada; and BA (Sciences), Queen’s University, Canada.
