Meet Your Chair
Kasie Heiden
With over a decade of service to the University of South Dakota, Kasie Heiden knows the value that advancement has on the ability for education to make an impact in society. In October she began her role as Associate Director for the Gallagher International Center, providing guidance to the university’s services for international students and students seeking educational experiences abroad. In this role, Kasie has the unique opportunity to provide oversight to the tactical work supporting students while collaborating with the donors whose name bestows the center in their mission to expand opportunities to more students.
Prior to this role, Kasie served the university via its foundation as Director of Special Projects. This position focused on building programs in talent management as a certified coach using CliftonStrengths, identifying communication efficiencies for board and committee volunteers, and operationalizing stewardship programming. Working with cross-functional teams helped foster curiosity and a deep appreciation for all areas contributing to the advancement of the university.
Kasie believes that the most efficient way to elevate the experience of your constituents is to invest in your people first. The community provided through the CASE District VI Conference is the best return on investment you can make for you and your organization.
