Bio

In her role as Deputy Director of Principal Gifts at Yale, Megan works with some of the university’s most generous donors on transformative gifts. For over eight years, she has collaborated with the president, provost, deans, and executive leadership on donor strategy. She cultivates, solicits, and stewards donors to help Yale achieve its institutional goals and priorities. In 2019, Megan was instrumental in securing a gift that will launch the Yale Jackson School for Global Affairs. In her previous role as Director of Major Gifts for Yale Law School, in 2012, she secured financial stability for the school’s renowned Career Options Assistance Program, the nation’s first public-service fellowship. Prior to joining Yale in 2011, Megan spent nearly a decade raising significant resources for her alma mater, University of Virginia. As a Senior Director of Major Gifts, she participated in every stage of the university’s $3 billion campaign. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Virginia, followed by nearly ten years in publishing in New York City.
