Bio

Melody Miller is the director of the Call to Conversation Program, a signature event initiative at Wake Forest University. She leads a team of project and data management professionals by providing vision, strategy and event expertise in order to reach quantitative and qualitative goals.

Prior to directing the Call to Conversation Program, Miller spent five years working on university/campaign events, in renowned venues such as the Washington National Cathedral, the Rainbow Room and the New York Public Library. She knows that event management at any level requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to motivate others and an excellent customer experience-three philosophies she puts to use daily. Miller is a Certified Meeting Professional and holds a bachelor's degree in communication and a master's degree in higher education from Appalachian State University.
