Who is eligible?
Current CASE members can enroll online when their next term becomes available. When paying dues online, check the box on the first page and proceed. The payment card you use here will be saved and used for your annual renewal going forward.
How does Auto-Renew work?
A credit card or debit card is required to sign up for auto-renew. You can sign up online or by phone at (202) 328-2273.
Each year, your credit card or debit card payment will be processed on the 28th day of your institution’s membership renewal month. You will receive annual reminder emails at approximately 60 and 30 days in advance of the membership fee payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email after payment is processed. This email will be sent to the primary coordinator, and it will include your membership end date.
How will I be notified?
You will receive an immediate confirmation when you sign up. Renewal reminders will be sent three months, two months, and one month before the payment is processed.
How can I change my card details?
Call CASE Support Center (202) 328-2273. If payment is not received by the end of the membership term, we will send renewal reminders to the membership coordinator.
When will my card be charged?
The card on file will be charged on the 28th day of the month your membership ends.
Can I make partial payment?
You cannot make partial payment with auto-renew. The total invoice amount will be charged.
How can I opt-out?
You may opt out of Auto-Renew by calling (202) 328-2273 or sending notice of cancellation to [email protected] no later than fourteen days before your membership renewal date.
How can I update my institution’s membership roster?
Simply log into the CASE website, click the My Account button, then select the Roster tab to view and make updates. Direct new staff to www.case.org/account where they can create a profile and add themselves to the roster.
