Morten J S Hilt holds a bachelor of commerce dgree in marketing and international business from Cononcordia University in Montréal, Canada (1991) and an MBA in brand management from The Norwegian School of Economics, NHH (2007).

Hilt entered the position as Head of Alumni at NHH in 2016 and has prior to this been engaged in communication, marketing and executive education at NHH. As head of alumni he has been responsible for implementing a CRM system, establishing the annual NHH Alumni Conference "OPPTUR" in Oslo, establishing international alumni activities at NHH and piloting mentor programmes.
