Rebecca serves as the Director of Prospect Management for Lafayette College. During her eight-year tenure, Rebecca initiated, designed and now leads the College’s first portfolio management program. Rebecca has helped to expand the Volunteer Leadership Pipeline and to streamline the process of filling key leadership roles through her work as Deputy Secretary to the Trustees and Governance Committee of the Board. As the department transitions to a CRM, Rebecca has played a key role in creating custom data transformations, documenting business processes, and training. Rebecca graduated with honors from Lafayette in 2012, earning a BA in Anthropology and Sociology.
