Written notification of cancellation is required and should be sent to the CASE Asia-Pacific office
Cancellations received by 16 January 2020 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received from 17 - 22 January 2020 will receive a refund of the registration fees less a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received from 23 January 2020 will not receive a refund, but substitute delegates will be accepted at any time.
No-shows will not receive a refund.
A delegates' list will be given to each attendee. We would like to establish the understanding that by registering, you agree to share your particulars such as name, designation, organisation and email with the rest of the delegates. Please let us know if you would prefer not to share your particulars.
