The international awards program, introduced in 1994, honors outstanding work in advancement services, alumni relations, communications, marketing and fundraising at higher education institutions, independent schools and affiliated nonprofits.
In 2018, CASE awarded nearly 350 awards to more than 190 institutions in 11 countries. From 3,204 entries, judges chose 104 bronze winners, 118 silver, 100 gold and eight platinum in addition to 13 Grand Gold recipients. View a full list of award winners.
The Grand Gold winners exhibited strategy, savvy, creativity, and confidence to win the attention of their audiences. From questioning established beliefs and collaborating with local businesses and communities to leveraging natural planetary wonders and highlighting life-saving medical procedures, these campaigns, programs, products and events epitomize the profession's best practices. All 13 were profiled in the November/December issue of Currents.
