CASE Debuts New Badge System
CASE is rolling out a new badge program this month in support of CASE’s Global Reporting Standards.
Four badges, giving members multiple opportunities for recognition, will be available through the CASE Standards Recognition Program:
- Standards Steward: Purchasers of CASE Global Reporting Standards (print or digital).
- Standards Contributor: CASE Insights survey participants.
- Standards Champion: Educational Partners who participate in the program.
- Standards Scholar: Members who have successfully completed the CASE Global Reporting Standards Training Course.
“Through this new program, CASE aims to increase awareness and adoption of the Global Reporting Standards,” says Cindy Moon-Barna, Senior Director of Library & Standards. “The badging system recognizes members who apply their Standards knowledge in CASE Insights Surveys and the CASE Global Reporting Standards Training Course. By displaying these badges on an institution’s website and on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn), colleagues, communities, and donors see an institution’s commitment to the CASE Standards in support of the advancement profession. And, as individuals, our members will now have badges that represent their subject matter expertise.”
Notice of badge eligibility will be delivered to members via the CASE Learning Management System. Awardees will then go to the site and download the badge that can be posted on their company / institutional website or LinkedIn page.
