Connect with Government Relations Professionals this December in Atlanta
Register today for the 25th annual Higher Education Government Relations Conference, Dec. 5-7, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia. The theme for this year's conference is Delivering Results Amid Change, Uncertainty, and Polarization.
This fall, 36 governorships and over 80 percent of legislative seats are up for election. During the conference, speakers will analyze the results of the November elections and discuss how higher education government relations professionals can effectively navigate the new landscape and champion their campuses and systems in 2019. Nathan Deal, the current governor of Georgia, a former member of Congress and state senator, will be the opening keynote speaker. He will share his advice on how higher ed government relations professionals can best build a state agenda for higher education in a changing political environment.
The conference is designed for higher ed professionals from public institutions and state systems who are interested in bolstering their skills, connecting with colleagues and staying abreast of state and federal trends.
