Leadership Statement on Dues
The year 2020 presented challenges for all of us and the institutions we serve. Throughout these times, CASE has been working tirelessly to provide the resources and programmes that are of the most benefit to you and your teams as you deal with these challenges. In recognition of the budget pressures that the pandemic has engendered at our member institutions, the Board of Trustees fully supported the recommendation of CASE leadership in voting unanimously to maintain dues at 2020 levels. Due to pandemic pressures, CASE revenues have also been significantly reduced due to the transition from in-person to virtual programmes. In serving our members, CASE leadership has remained nimble and made carefully considered decisions to align revenue and expenditures, giving CASE the flexibility to remain unwavering in its commitment to advancing education to transform lives and society.
Concurrent with the decision to forego any increase in dues, the Board is encouraging members to consider making a charitable contribution to CASE that will enable us to continue to provide the top-quality programmes that advancement professionals need. Please go to our giving page to review options for support; contributed funds will support critical initiatives as we adapt to the changing needs and conditions our members face. Your gift will give CASE the ability to be agile and deliver conferences, seminars, and workshops to all members as the needs and requests arise. It will also allow for investment in the important work that CASE is now engaged in as our member institutions address issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
