On the Sad Passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
CASE wishes to recognise the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Her dedication in public-service and leadership was widely admired and her unwavering endorsement of the power of education and the power of community aligns closely to CASE’s own mission and values. She became Queen on February 6, 1952 and was the United Kingdom’s longest reigning monarch.
In particular, our condolences are extended to all our colleagues, members, volunteers, and friends in education institutions and partner organisations across the UK and the Commonwealth for whom this will be a period of reflection, of mourning, and of significant change.
