CASE’s 50th anniversary is also a time to look to the future. Five advancement leaders share thoughts on the challenges ahead, along with what makes them optimistic in this roundtable discussion.

Utilizing an intersectional framework allows for a deeper examination of the root causes of various disparities, which ideally lead to targeted interventions to address these gaps. This is an important point to take in: intersectionality is a tool to help create equity, especially for groups that have been historically marginalized.
