In North America, the beginning of the fall semester has been rife with controversy, COVID-19 outbreaks, and an increased focus on health and safety. How are advancement professionals adapting to the situation, what about their job duties has changed, and how are they balancing the short-term needs of constituents with the long-range goals of their institutions?

The Advancement Resource Catalog is the Library's database of 15,000+ item records (including articles, books, and white papers) available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

The CASE Library receives questions about major gift programs, such as how to start programs from scratch, portfolio management, performance metrics and major gifts trends. This collection aims to introduce the various types of major gifts and offer resources on trends, best practices, policies, and procedures. In addition to articles and white papers, we've listed books that provide a broader overview of major gift programs.

The CASE Library has developed this resource collection on solicitation and the ask. It features books and articles that outline methods and recommended practices for asking for gifts in person, in writing (online and direct mail), and over the phone. 

CASE Stellar Speakers are faculty members who earn average combined scores of 4.5 and above (on a 5-point scale) on their evaluations for a session at the conference listed.
