The CASE Library receives questions about major gift programs, such as how to start programs from scratch, portfolio management, performance metrics and major gifts trends. This collection aims to introduce the various types of major gifts and offer resources on trends, best practices, policies, and procedures. In addition to articles and white papers, we've listed books that provide a broader overview of major gift programs.

The CASE Library has developed this resource collection on solicitation and the ask. It features books and articles that outline methods and recommended practices for asking for gifts in person, in writing (online and direct mail), and over the phone.
