Bio

Ronni Kloth currently serves as a program officer in the community development division at Lilly Endowment Inc., an Indianapolis-based private philanthropic foundation created in 1937. Her portfolio includes oversight of the endowment's arts and culture grantmaking and work with the national philanthropic sector.

Prior to joining the endowment in 2013, she spent seven years at Teach for America where she held a variety of leadership roles including managing director of recruitment, vice president of marketing, and chief of staff to Teach for America's founder and CEO. She began her career in the Silicon Valley as an inaugural participant of Intuit's leadership development program. While there, she spearheaded multiple initiatives within the small business division and received several awards for innovation and team leadership.

Kloth is a 2004 graduate of Harvard University where she received a bachelor's degree in history and literature.
