Russell Ousley is a marketing and fundraising professional who has worked in the not for profit sector for more than 20 years in education, health, performing arts, environment, disability and overseas aid. This includes twelve years in senior management roles at the Royal Flying Doctor Service and the University Sunshine Coast. Russell has overseen significant growth at USC with donor numbers doubling and the four largest years of fundraising income. In two of those years, USC had a larger proportion of income coming from donations than any other Australian university.
