Magazines: Single Topic/Special Editions
For any institution type. Entries should be a single special edition of a regularly published (at least twice a year) print magazine, devoted to a single topic or special theme. This might include an anniversary edition, a magazine dedicated to one topic, a special report on an institutional initiative or issue, or a final report of a comprehensive campaign. While the magazine may include a few unrelated standing features such as class notes, the vast majority of the content should be related to a single topic. Special edition magazines from any institution type may be entered. Magazines that were distributed in PDF format also may be entered.
Submit one edition in PDF format.

Do not enter:
Annual reports or president’s reports. Enter those in Publications: President’s Reports and Annual Reports
Judges will score nominations from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) in these five areas:
Content, writing, and editing
Overall concept and creativity
Design and layout
Audience engagement
Use of resources (budget, people, and time) and return on investment
Judges also may consider:
Special circumstances/overcoming adversity
Quality and clarity of nomination and supporting materials
