2016 Leading Women@Tech Program Launch and Closing
About the entry
With support from the Office of the President, Institute Diversity launched Leading Women@Tech to engage senior and emerging women leaders at the Institute. The program was designed to create opportunities for women leaders and build a community of women who will advance a culture of inclusive excellence at Georgia Tech. It was also developed to strengthen leadership ability, enhance personal and professional growth, and support overall career development of the participants.

Judges thought Leading Women@Tech was an exciting way build a community of women at Georgia Tech. They liked the that it provided leadership opportunities and professional development among its core constituency. They also thought the branding and marketing around the program was strong especially when they promoted the impact of the program by highlighting success stories women involved in the program.
