- The process was very strategic and comprehensive - including so many stakeholders. It was truly a branding process effecting not just the marketing of the school but who they were attracting, what they were producing and to whom the institution is delivering the educational experience. They included current students as a priority who often seem overlooked in this process generally.
- They demonstrated the findings of the consultation and how they were included in the process and the outcomes. The goals were articulated and met with a modest budget.
- The institution took time to really understand their audience. Their brand outcome was true to their culture; their authentic fabric brought to life while defining what Ryerson represents. They retained the identity of the faculties and leveraged their unique prospectives. Achieving buy-in from the faculties through thorough consultation and partnership is a considerable investment that yielded great outcomes.
- The visual branding is modern and clean. The process clearly transformed the image of the university.
