In the second year of this initiative, F&M have provided a unique and intimate opportunity for small, targeted groups of volunteers to hear directly from the President of the College, in a comfortable setting - their home or wherever they may be. The President speaks, unscripted, on his favorite topics for 40 - 45 minutes followed by Q&A - total time invested is 1 hours.

Judges thought this was an outstanding program and a great way to fit into busy lives of alum wherever they may be. It a great way to introduce a new president to alumni and deliver important information from the institution. Judges liked the simplicity and even said they would like to implement on their own campus.
