About the entry
MICDS was looking for a brand refresh but wanted to acknowledge the importance of Mary Institute and Saint Louis Country Day School. The goal was to create a new brand that would highlight MICDS' sense of innovation while also incorporating the importance of its history. This entry showcases MICDS' new, modern brand and how it comes to life across their communication channels, in their images, and throughout their storytelling process.

The MICDS visual identity system is rooted in a traditional look that belongs in a 2018 world. Our judging team commented that this entry feels timeless and have great flexibility for future growth. They knew their audiences and integrated the general identity of the school with athletics nicely. MICDS offered a detailed branding guidelines document and the website was well designed.
