Faces of Philanthropy
From the Nominator
Faces of Philanthropy is a 2,160-square-foot exhibit in a widely visited area in MD Anderson’s Main Building. The exhibit was a long-term vision of the Donor Relations and Stewardship team to graphically display donor stories to publicly recognize those committed to MD Anderson and to inspire patients, visitors, employees and volunteers to contribute their resources to the shared goal of ending cancer.
From the Judges
The judges were immediately taken by the execution of UT Anderson’s submission. It showed a strong stewardship vision, and the inherent collaboration that was taken to collect so many stories and items from different departments across the organization was worth recognizing. Though it would be difficult to replicate, the judges commend UT Anderson for their ability to understand the power of storytelling that includes supporters of all giving levels and participation.
