The FIU Alumni Participation Challenge was a competition to see which of FIU's colleges and schools' alumni could band together to grow their participation the most by June 30, 2018.

FIU's alumni participation challenge is a remarkable acquisition tool that could easily be adapted across the education industry. The Challenge successfully motivated departments and units to solicit new donors and successfully engaged alumni in diverse donor pools. The program's success and clear ability to be adapted by other institutions made this project a clear "gold" award winner.
