From the Nominator
At Oregon State University, during our conversion to CRM Advance, one of our main focuses was on our people. We wanted to make sure we worked to build empathy, a sense of community, and developed a shared purpose. By personalizing the user experience and creating a sophisticated adoption program that included developing a 21st century training plan, we were able to reach our target of 100 percent adoption, and our staff actually enjoys using the new system. Now, we are working to help other organizations going through their conversion journey to take the right steps, ask the right questions, and have an overall successful conversion.

Oregon State University Foundation did its homework. What a brilliant approach to a tedious project. The team combined research and data and provided a fun outlet to their team to make their implementation a huge success. Kudos for making videos and for the milestone celebrations!
