By juxtaposing dynamic imagery with diverse student voices and faces, this piece speaks to the striking evolution and undeniable power of Oregon’s only urban serving university.

Through their video “Let Knowledge Serve: The Campaign For PSU,” Portland State University used a non-traditional storytelling approach that helped set themselves apart from other entries. The video was technically challenging and well done. The creative use of the three boxes was visually interesting. The music kept the story moving and was not overly theatrical. The visuals tied well to the scripting. The combination of all these elements led to an effective and impactful video.
