She Roars: Celebrating Women at Princeton, Oct. 4-6, 2018, was the largest event held during the academic year in Princeton’s history. The University invited alumni back to campus for three days to reconnect, learn, and celebrate Princeton alumnae. The programming included an arts showcase, alumni and faculty lectures, and an electrifying evening with two Supreme Court Justices who are Princeton alumnae: Sonya Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. The event was an opportunity to roll out our new University Advancement digital strategy, which emphasizes collaboration and quality content.

While not a new concept to higher education social media, we thought the execution of this entry was one of its strongest qualities and set it apart from previous examples and campaigns we've seen. Princeton's team went to great lengths to consider multiple platforms, opportunities, and spaces to engage users at multiple touch points, creating an experience for their audience vs. just a moment or post that flitted by on their news feeds.
