The spring edition of the Voice magazine highlights a group of everyday heroes that come in a variety of forms. Alumni have one thing in common: great leadership and self-sacrifice. They show courage and grace under pressure, raising money to feed the hungry, and funding for cancer and Alzheimer's disease research. And some heroes work quietly behind the scenes, providing life-changing career training for people who want a better life for their families.

We loved how readable and approachable this magazine felt. The type was well spaced and easy to read, and the pages never felt overstuffed with information. The illustrations in that feature were gorgeous, and their power compensated for the repetitive format of the feature’s layout. The imagery in “The Genome of Genius” was fun and the text was inviting to read. The opening spread of “Practice Makes Profit” was powerful, and the wood motifs on “Deep Roots” were lovely.
